Avon Sales Commission Chart 2018
As an Avon Representative, you earn commission on your sales based on the above chart. Sales on Beauty, Jewelry, and Espira (our full earnings products) are all based on order size. Sales on Fashion and Home items are a fixed 20%. Your online sales and sales from your face to face orders will combine to determine your commission level for the core Avon product lines (Bath and Body, Makeup, Skin Care, Health & Wellness, Fragrance, Jewelry and Watches. As a New Avon Representative in your first seven campaigns earn 40% on ALL sales (Face to Face and Online) from ALL products as part of the Kickstart program when you meet your Kickstart sales goals for your first seven campaigns. Earn more when you reach President’s Club Sales Level ($10,000+ in sales for the yearly cycle Campaigns 1-26 2018). At a President’s Club Recognition Sales Level you earn a guaranteed 40% on all core product sales (beauty, jewelry, and health & wellness) and guaranteed 25% on fixed earnings items (Fashion and Home). You can even earn up to 50% on Beauty, Jewelry, and Espira at the President’s Club level. See below.
Your Earnings Level: is based on order size, product category and sales achievement level, and applies to orders from your online store as well as YourAvon.com orders.
You’ll receive variable earnings, as shown above, on Beauty and Jewelry products, and fixed earnings on Fashion and Home products, which are indicated by the symbol in the brochure. Earnings on products with this symbol are 25% for members of the President’s Recognition Program and 20% for all other Representatives.
All products within the Avon brochure, Avon online, mark. Magalog, Outlet, Specialty or Novelty flyers, fundraisers, samples, sales tools and a portion of the price of Demonstration products (Demos) count toward Earnings Level. Starter Kits and recruiting tools do not count toward Earnings Level.

- All fashion and home items are a fixed 20% commission
- Beauty, Jewelry, and Health and Wellness are 20%-40% based on order size (total order size from your back office combined with your eStore orders)
- $0-$149.99 20%
- $150-$299.99 30%
- $300-$499.99 35%

Avon Earnings Structure for New Representatives — Avon Commission 2018 — Kickstart Incentive
As a New Representative in your Kickstart program you will earn 40% on ALL sales from ALL products (Beauty, Jewelry, Health & Wellness AND Fashion & Home) when you meet your sales goals for the first 7 campaigns as an Avon Representative. Your first campaign can be ANY size to earn 40%. After your first campaign, you have to meet the following sales goals for your second through seventh campaigns in order to keep earning 40% or you will earn on the Representative commission chart above based on your sales level for the campaign. After your seventh campaign, you earn based on the commission chart above for All Avon Representatives until you reach President’s Club sales level (see below for President’s Club Earnings Chart).

When you reach President’s Club Sales Level at $10,000 in sales during the selling cycle (Campaigns 1-26 2018) you earn a guaranteed 40% on your Beauty, Jewelry, and Health & Wellness products and a guaranteed 25% on Fashion and Home sales. The higher your sales level, the higher you earn.

When you Sign Up to Sell Avon, you will receive your starter kit within a few days. You have almost immediate access to your online tools for representatives once you register your Avon account. When you sign up for Avon Team A-mazing Reps, you will be contacted by me and I will send you updates via email or your contact preference to help you get started and be successful in your Avon business.

A little more about me: I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia and still live locally. I have my Masters in Teaching for Early and Elementary Education and I am an early childhood teacher. I have been teaching since 2012. I joined Avon in August 2011 in order to earn an income around going to college full time. When I first joined Avon, I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I had never heard of direct sales. My mother had actually been an Avon Representative briefly before I was born and she shared some about the company with me and said that I should go for it! I met with my upline sales leader and she signed me up and the rest is history! Over the last several years, Avon has become a major passion of mine and I have enjoyed being able to share Avon and it’s products and missions with those around me.In 2013, I took an interest in expanding my online Avon business and since then I have been blogging and growing my Social Media presence. Avon is truly loved by many and when you start sharing that online you can really see the love and support from others worldwide. Even though we can only serve customers in the United States and share the Avon opportunity with those in the USA, worldwide followers will find you on Social Media and the web. In 2014, I was awarded the Spirit of Avon award and I earned the coveted President’s Club sales level and my first Mrs. P.F.E. Albee figurine. Mrs. P.F.E. Albee was the first Avon Lady back when David McConnell (Avon’s founder) had the California Perfume Company (which later became Avon Products). In 2016, Avon Products North America was bought out and thus New Avon, LLC was born. I have been super excited for the new changes of New Avon, LLC! I do not have a family yet, but my hope is that when I decide to start one I can use Avon as a source of income in order to stay at home with my children when they are small like my mom stayed home with me and my brother until we both were in school.
