Avon Grand Fiesta Incentive Details

Avon’s Grand Fiesta incentive runs for all representatives from Campaign 1 2019 to Campaign 8 2019. The dates are December 2018-April 2, 2019. The trip date is June 2-5, 2019! There is a cash out option if you earn the trip for 1 or 2 and cannot attend.

How do I earn the trip?

The incentive is a points based system. For various activities (detailed below) you will receive points. In order to earn the trip for 1 you need a total of 5000 points and to earn the trip for 2 you need a total of 7000 points.

How do I earn points?

During the incentive period of Campaign 1-Campaign 8 2019 you can earn points for the following activities.

SELL

$300-$499 in a campaign Earn 100 points

$500+ in a campaign Earn 200 points

RECRUIT

Have an ALMA Qualified New Recruit Earn 150 points per QNR*

Have a Personal Qualified New Recruit Earn 300 points per QNR*

DEVELOP

Each time a Qualified New Recruit* Places another $150+ order during the incentive you earn 100 points

Promote to a new leadership title for the first time during the incentive period and earn 1,000 points

Mentor a first generation Representative to promote to a new leadership title for the first time Earn 500 points

What if I don’t earn the trip?

There are some smaller prizes along the way. If you do not earn the trip, then you may earn one of the smaller prizes. The smaller prizes are listed below. The other thing to remember is that if you are working towards the trip and you don’t earn it, at least you are growing your business.

What prizes can I earn?

1000 points–earn a towel

2000 points–earn the towel and tote

3000 points–earn the towel, tote, and a mirror and brush set

5000 points–earn the trip for 1 and all three of the smaller prizes

About Amanda Davis – My Avon Story

Mission Statement: My mission is to empower others to be their best selves both by serving customers to find products that make them feel beautiful inside and out and through mentoring other Avon Representatives both on and off my team to success in their own businesses.

2018-I reached President’s Club sales level ($10000 in sales for 2018) and I earned several incentives to do with increasing my sales throughout the year.

2015-Spirit of Avon Award for sharing helpful tips with all representatives and showing the true spirit of Avon.

A little more about me: I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia and still live locally. I have my Masters in Teaching for Early and Elementary Education and I am an early childhood educator. I have been teaching since 2012. I joined Avon in August 2011 in order to earn an income around going to college full time. When I first joined Avon, I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I had never heard of direct sales. My mother had actually been an Avon Representative briefly before I was born and she shared some about the company with me and said that I should go for it! I met with my mentor and she signed me up and the rest is history! Over the last several years, Avon has become a major passion of mine and I have enjoyed being able to share Avon and it’s products and missions with those around me.In 2013, I took an interest in expanding my online Avon business and since then I have been blogging and growing my Social Media presence. In 2018, I was honored by Avon to participate in three pilot programs to do with growing my sales online because of my growth in online sales. In 2018, I doubled my online sales over my 2017 online sales. Avon is truly loved by many and when you start sharing that online you can really see the love and support from others worldwide. Even though we can only serve customers in the United States and share the Avon opportunity with those in the USA, worldwide followers will find you on Social Media and the web. In 2015, I was awarded the Spirit of Avon award and I earned the coveted President’s Club sales level and my first Mrs. P.F.E. Albee figurine. Mrs. P.F.E. Albee was the first Avon Lady back when David McConnell (Avon’s founder) had the California Perfume Company (which later became Avon Products). In 2016, Avon Products North America was bought out and thus New Avon, LLC was born. I have been super excited for the new changes of New Avon, LLC! My goals in 2019 are to continue to grow my online presence, maintain President’s Club sales level and increase my sales over 2018, and add more people to my team A-Mazing Reps by helping others to start their own Avon businesses and build those businesses to be successful and help them reach their goals. I do not have a family yet, but my hope is that when I decide to start one I can use Avon as a source of income in order to stay at home with my children when they are small like my mom stayed home with me and my brother until we both were in school.
